Co-ordination of Administration related activities

• Travel and Secretarial Support
 Take care of all business travel needs of the staff in terms of airline, hotel, car bookings, visa, forex etc.
 Coordinate with hotel, car rental and travel agencies for corporate rates.
 Manage bank car drivers duty allocation.
 Attend to FRRO, police verification and relocation needs of expats.
 Take care of corporate mobile phone connections for staff.
 Provide secretarial support to COO.

• Payments / Accounting / Taxation
 Verification of staff reimbursement claims and arranging payment of the same.
 Accurate processing and accounting of travel vendor payments.
 Coordinate with Finance and vendors on GST compliance/reconciliation matters.
 Handle petty cash and its accounting.
 Attend to audit queries.

• Other Administration Activities
 Ensure compliance of vendor KYC formalities.
 Management of corporate stationary / printing.
 Take care of offsite document storage/archiving.
 Maintain records related to car inventory under Bank Car Scheme.
 Coordinate for insurance of company assets.
 Take care of Department document filing.
 Coordinate for in-house event management (eg. Diwali/Christmas celebrations).

Required skills

• Knowledge of travel function.
• Knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of administrative functions.
