Missions
Join the M&A department of CACIB
for a 6-month internship starting in July 2024
CACIB is looking for highly motivated candidates willing to actively take part in the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates for large corporates for a 6-month internship starting in July 2024.
Two recruitment sessions will be held on 6 or 9 february 2024:
Selected applicants will only attend one recruitment session with the following agenda:
* Presentation of the M&A team
* Interviews with CACIB M&A team's analysts & associates
* Interview with HR
* Intern exchanges
- Application period opens on 20 november. To apply, please submit your application in English by 22 décember with:
* Your resume
* A detailed cover letter explaining why you want to join CACIB M&A team for a 6-month internship
* Your preferred date for the recruitment session
- Applications will be carefully reviewed by CACIB HR and M&A teams with particular attention put on cover letters and how applicants would articulate this experience at CACIB in their career plans regardless of their current professional experience.
Selected applicants will be contacted by mid of january.

Expérience
A first experience in Corporate finance (M&A, ECM, Strategy, etc.) or in Audit.
Compétences recherchées
Hard Skills:
- Numerical and Analytical skills;
- Financial Modelling;
- Knowledges in corporate finance;
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint);
- VBA is a plus;
- English fluent & French.
Soft Skills:
- Rigor;
- Team player;
- Proactive attitude.
