VP/Sr. Ass. Aviation & Rail Syndicate & Distribution
Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior syndicate to originate, structure, distribute and execute corporate and structured finance transactions with a priority to aviation and rail sectors
- Work with sector business lines to identify financing solutions for clients across debt capital markets with emphasis on loan syndications
- Production of offers, pitches and term sheets with metier
- Prepare capital structure assessments which include comparable transactions and analysis of market data
- Responsible for pitch books and market updates for clients, Information Memoranda for lead transactions and slides for bank meetings / road shows as needed
- Formulate syndication strategies and underwriting opinions
- Negotiate term sheets, commitment documents and credit documents in coordination with the business line and in liaison with legal counsel
- Actively participate in the selling of participations in syndicated transactions in the primary market
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors active in the transportation space, including international and domestic banks and institutional investors
- Evaluate and promote ESG formulation and sector transition for Aviation and Rail. Coordinate all initiatives with DOD ESG Coordinators and Sustainable Banking Teams, both local and global
- Coordinate credit risk insurance (CRI) activities
- BA/BS degree or masters degree
