Job summary


Business Lines IT (BLI) department is responsible for designing, developing and operating the Bank’s Information System (IS). It acts on strategic projects and advises the various business lines on their digital advances, by suggesting innovative solutions used by our worldwide users on the following sectors and regulations:

Compliance: AML/CFT, Market Abuse, Mifid
Credit Risk: Front office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system and Default History Data Base)
Counterparty Risk: rrisk data collection, risk calculation and monitoring for CACIB worldwide
Market Risk: risk and P&L consolidation and regulatory reporting, P&L analysis application portfolio, comprehensive risk calculation applications based on internal and regulatory models
Finance: financial accounting and liquidity and yied financial risks for CACIB worldwide
International Core Banking System: payments & cash management, loans & deposits, international trade finance, guarantees, general expenses, reference data, limit and risk related systems
Communication: Bank’s intranet & Digital assets, digital and mobile solutions
Application Security: Identify and Authentication Management (IAM)
Technology Centers of Expertise: Business Intelligence & Data-Analytics, Business Process Management, Software Factory

All our Junior Software Engineers are onboarded on multi-functional Software Engineering teams and learn in contact with our Senior Software Engineers on latest technologies and techniques:

    Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, DevOps
  • Latest technology stacks
    Data Science : Machine Learning, Business Intelligence

    Business Intelligence & Data-Analytics: Microsoft BI 2016, ActiveViam, one new product co-build with a startup

In addition you will be part of the IMDA Company Led Training (CLT) organized by CA-CIB developing and nurturing Fresh Professionals in emerging technology areas, through On-the-job Training and practical project work. It is a 9 months training course either in:

Big Data Technologies
Java Technologies
.Net UX/UI Technologies

Main responsibilities

  • Study, evaluate, analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Provide detailed estimation for Software Engineering solutions
  • Implement and Test Software Engineering solutions
  • Enable and support functional and user acceptance testing
  • Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise

The activity provided will have to comply with the CA-CIB Policy.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality
