Job summary

Position

Reporting to head of department, Technical Team Lead of Digital Factory development team is a motivated hands-on technical expert leading a group of project manager, developers and system analysts.

The Team is in charge of deliverying business orchestration and business process management  solutions to support the bank digital transformation.

Mission: On a portfolio of applications and transversal projects, you will propose, design, develop and document solutions while ensuring high level of quality.

Main responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the role:

·         Training and mentoring development team members in technologies, solutions and best practices

·         Provide technical leadership for all SDLC phases from concept development to solution design, implementation and support.

·         Provide and / or validate estimations for technical solutions (new projects, enhancements, etc.)

·         Able to articulate the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack / components versus another to the project team.

·         Should be able to drive the selection of technologies, design and come up with the optimal architecture

·         Able to recommend new processes / alternatives to meet development requirements and subsequent roll out to the team

·         Build functional / technical reusable assets, and high level design for development team’s reference

·         Lead the obsolescence management of solutions, components and technologies in the department, proposing solution and strategy

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

- Degree / Master degree in computer sciences

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

This position requires 8+ years of professional development experiences as a full stack Microsoft .Net developer with browser-based Web / Mobile applications.

Required skills

-Hands-on technical expert in development .Net digital solutions with knowledge of functional banking aspects, able to propose solutions to the business with a ‘consulting’ approach

-Proactive and problem solving attitude, excellent interpersonal skills

-Good analytical skills, hability to effectively troubleshoot and tuning performances

-Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management

-Ability identify and determine solutions to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks

-Mandatory Technical skills

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Proactive style of working

-Strong communication (written, and verbal) and organizational skills

-Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

-Team player mindset

-Understanding and respect of cultural diversity

Technical skills required

·         Experience in SSAS and writing MDX queries is a great plus

·         Experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 development

·         Experience of developing on mobile platforms
