For our IT team in Frankfurt, we are looking for passionate new colleague to join and support as

IT Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d)

In this function, you are in charge of various diversified tasks and services in a high pace banking environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordination of applicative matters related to international ERP and local application packages/interfaces:

International ERP:

• Collaboration in upgrades, maintenance, local planning and user support
• Participation to the different meetings (kick-off, steering committees, go live decision…)
• Definition of the local implementation planning and constraints
• IT Technical Business Analyst interfacing with local application platforms (e.g. financial & regulatory reporting)
• User support with the help from international ERP teams
• Parametrization of the international ERP set-up jointly with local platforms

Local apps. Packages/interfaces:

• Interface between local apps packages and ERP following regulatory rules and evolutions
• Local documentation and training to staff on his/her domain
• Coordinate and assist via Business Object reporting deliverables in close collaboration with Support Functions & Business Lines

2. Perform and manage 1st/ 2nd level IT operational controls

3. Support to the Head of IT in any transversal tasks (budget preparation and follow up, project management…)

Bachelor/ Master degree in Information Technology and/ or Business Administration, Economics or Finance with an affinity for IT

Around 5 years’ experience, ideally in the financial industry as business analyst in close relationship or within an IT department

• Know-how in Banking Regulation and Regulatory Reporting are essential
• Professional manner, team orientation and good interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and to work to agreed deadlines

• Very good skills in Microsoft Office & Business Objects
• Visual Basic .NET & Microsoft SQL competencies would be advantageous
• Knowledge in payment systems as well as of concepts of IT infrastructures are desirable
