Job summary

 Summary of the position

·At least 10-12 years of IT Experience along with Basic IT Certifications and experience in a captive +/BPO preferably.

·This position is responsible to provide support to Credit Agricole CIB Services, Hardware and Software updates.

·Lead all project and support in IT Infrastructure.

·The position would entail providing support and services to the Network and Infrastructure related activities of CA-CIB Services.

·Ensure maintenance of local IT Systems (servers, PCs, networks, etc.)

·Ensure operational and support documentation for all systems being supported.

·To lead and execute in CASPL to adhere with the IT Security guidelines and technical standards as laid down by the Region.

·Implementation of global/ regional projects for CASPL.

·Should be able to work in shifts.

Main Duties:

SERVER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE INSTALLATION:
•Lead and provide all task and implementation in Server Hardware and Software Installation able to Perform and guide team / vendor for hardware and software installation as and when required.

SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION:
•Provide technical support and lead support team. Coordinate with regional and global counterparts, and vendors for follow-up of problems.
•Review of the system administration.
•Review and Guide team on account management on servers, and pre-defined application servers.
•Review with team and Perform file/directory-level permission on data storage systems.
•Manage along with team the distribution of Windows patches and anti-virus to workstations/servers and related infrastructure.


NETWORK / SECURITY ADMINISTRATION:
•Review along with team for network support and monitoring. Guide network problem solving with regional and global counterparts on WAN network connectivity issues.
•Enable team to Coordinate with vendors on servers, SAN and network equipment's and telecommunication problem solving issues. And all tasks related to IT Security including reporting at head office etc.
•Able to Support the LAN and MAN connectivity and task related to networks.
•Review and maintain the network and security related equipment inventory records and plan for obsolesce.
•Manage all telecom related work relating to CASPL along with local compliances.

IT BUDGETS:
•Assist in the preparation of IT budgets and expense reporting
•Assist in the preparation of MIS

IT Support Services
•Performs Systems functional support and manage IT Support for all platforms supported and ensure SLA are managed.
•To supervise the outsourced staff on duty in CASPL.

Secondary duties:
•Assist Head of IT in Planning for growth and reporting.

Candidate's technical skills:
•Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory.
•Knowledge of Hardware and Microsoft Products.
•Knowledge of Networking concepts and LAN & WAN Technology.
