Key Responsibilities
- Support origination and execution of M&A and equity capital markets transactions
- Perform company analysis and lead on financial modelling and analysis
- Preparation of marketing documents
- Support preparation of transaction documents (e.g. teaser, information memoranda and management presentation)
- Support and organization of due diligence processes
- Company and market research
