 Investment Banking M&A Senior Analyst (f/m/d)
Start date (immediate or scheduled)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support origination and execution of M&A and equity capital markets transactions
  • Perform company analysis and lead on financial modelling and analysis
  • Preparation of marketing documents
  • Support preparation of transaction documents (e.g. teaser, information memoranda and management presentation)
  • Support and organization of due diligence processes
  • Company and market research

  • Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance with excellent academic background

Experience

  • Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant investment banking experience
  • Robust investment banking knowledge with an emphasis on M&A execution experience

Required skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Dedication and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

  • Reliable, motivated and detail-oriented team player 

Technical skills required

  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Languages

Exceptional communication skills, both in English and German (minimum C1)
