The internship role with GMS Management supporting senior sales

 

Key Responsibilities

Work on projects for the UK FI sales team as requested such as :

  • Sales/client/trading workflow enhancement
  • Bloomberg VCON generation
  • Day to day pricing / termsheet review
  • Trade idea generation / Marketing ideas (working on presentation for clients)
  • Task automation
  • Handling any Post trade issues (MO/LGL)
  • Report creation
  • Information organisation
  • Digitisation
  • Communication efficiency
  • Sales enhancement
  • Trade idea generation / Marketing ideas (working on presentation for clients)

Systems Used

Excel, Outlook, VBA, Bloomberg, GCE, Omega

 

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy. Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.
 

Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
