Position Summary
The “EIS London Sales Team” is comprised of equity derivative sales focusing on Retail, Private Banking and Institutional clients. It was set-up in order  to tackle the significant challenges  this segment is facing :
-           Growing needs for equity investment solutions
-           Regulation : MiFID II and PRIIPS, as well as other pieces of regulation such as Market Abuse Regulation, Retail Distribution Review, 871m, EMIR are far more comprehensive and demanding, particularly on transparency requirements
-           Digitalisation and industrialisation : clients are increasingly using electronic platforms for all their pre-trade and post trade needs (pricing, marketing, production of documentations)

As a member of the “EIS London Sales Team”, the incumbent will need to be Regulatory savvy, and have a good  knowledge and understanding of our products  and service offerings

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Business Planning
-           Day-to-day pricing, and marketing of equity investment solutions for Retail, Private Banking and Institutional clients (solutions are ranging from traditional equity-linked payoffs to Quantitative Investment Strategies).
-           Prepare commercial documentations (marketing materials and TS) for products (existing and new), for review by the customer, CACIB and Lawyers.
-           Ensure the business is carried out with the highest origination standards from a CPL, LGL and Risk standpoints (including compliance to Retail Distribution Policy, MIFID II, MAR, PRIIPS).

-           Work closely with other team members to ensure efficiency of production and to leverage idea generation.
-           Maintain awareness of market changes and performance and the impact on products.
Managing and Reporting
-           Reporting: Head of EIS London Sales Team
-           Report to the management on an ad-hoc basis where business dictates and requires (e.g. NBI and commercial performance locally, sensitive files…)
Risk
-           Adhere to CA-CIB policies and be alert to risks arising from transactions for the bank and the client.
-           Take into account compliance and reputational risks in the design of solutions for clients.
-           Ensure the adequacy of the solution with the client’s objectives.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
