Job summary

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the annual operational risk mapping exercise, covering all the operational risks, controls and action plans
Assist in the presentation of the risk mapping to the Internal Control committee and Head Office.
Participate in the definition, consolidation, documentation and monitoring of the global action plan.
Ensure specific controls are performed and reported on monthly basis.
Perform occasional control testing/spot verification's.
Assist in creating management dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
Assist in preparing the presentations for the quarterly Internal Control Committee, and monthly Permanent Control Committee, including documentation for distribution and documenting minutes.
Help automatize repetitive tasks, revamp dashboards and various operational risk reporting and database.
Assist the Head of Operational Risk Management and the team on specific projects where necessary.

What We're Looking for In You
Confidence with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Highly analytical, organized and able to establish priorities quickly
Excellent attention to detail
Good at multitasking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop good external and internal relationships
Ability to quickly establish and retain credibility
Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Qualifications/Education Required:
University graduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent. Or an undergraduate currently during a course of study, predicted a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
