Key Responsibilities:

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB London and you assist the Head of Energy & Natural Resources (Koo Cho) and the Head of Infrastructure & Rail (Toby Walker) and all team members of the PF Distribution team when needed in:

  • Preparation of Debt Optimisation and Distribution (DOD) syndication opinions
  • Comparable transaction tables and Liquidity analysis
  • Completion of closing memos
  • Assist with powerpoint presentations
  • Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports
  • Submission league table forms and follow up of deals closed
  • Checking and challenging other bank rankings
  • Using Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes
  • Update comparable file
  • Help team in preparing bank meetings & complete call reports
  • Conduct market research and present market updates
  • Regular communication with the other DOD team members based in London, Paris, Madrid & Italy
  • Writing call reports as well as meetings minutes.
  • Prepare various documents searched out of different databases (LoanConnector, Dealogic, Bloomberg)
  • Regular use of Excel and Powerpoint for pitches and presentations
  • League table submissions

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to maintain competence.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor Degree with minimum classification of 2:1 or above within Maths, Economics, Law, Finance, Business, Engineering

Required skills

- Previous short term work experience within a corporate organization or bank would be seen as advantageous

- Previous short term Project Finance experience would be seen as highly advantageous

Technical skills required

- A high level of aptitude with full MS suite specifically Excel (VBA, V-lookups, pivot tables etc.)


Fluent English written and spoken, French would be seen as advantageous
