This is an exciting opportunity to join a major European bank in London. The role is within the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts of employment
• Liaise with third party provider regarding background screening checks to ensure they are accurate and completed
• If identified as a Certified Person under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, ensure Employee completes relevant documentation and passes necessary exams
• Facilitate the probationary process, including the preparation of Probationary Forms and creating relevant letters to give to employee
• Provide guidance to managers regarding employee issues with referral to the HR Officers and HR Business Partners where appropriate
• Ensure Itrent is updated with all relevant changes, checking accuracy for Mercure and Payroll
• Provide policy advice to employees
• Create various employee references
• Provide support and assistance to both the HR Business Partners and the wider HR team as requested

This position is being managed exclusively by Resource Solutions on behalf of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• University graduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent. Or an undergraduate currently during a course of study, predicted a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent
