Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major European bank in London. The role will be supporting the Credit Trading team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

You will be working directly with Credit Traders, and working in coordination with other interns.

 

Your responsibility will be to produce regular reports, and communicating those findings to members of Credit Trading. This will include, amongst other things: administrative tasks relating to Profit & Loss and risk reporting; regular management statistics; responding to ad hoc requests for help in resolving administrative problems and trade booking enquiries.

 

In addition, you will also be involved in ad hoc projects to streamline the desk processes.

• University graduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent. Or an undergraduate currently during a course of study, predicted a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent

Essential role requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, and financial statements.
• Excellent MS Excel/Powerpoint skills

Desirable role requirements

• VBA Programming Skills
• Bloomberg Skills
• Focus in finance
