Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major European bank in London.


Your main objective will be to assist the Head of the Financial Law Division based in Crédit Agricole London Branch which is responsible for funding and Debt Capital Market legal aspects.


Key Responsibilities


You will assists the Head of the Financial Law Division on the following tasks:


Legal watch regarding French and European regulation (banking, prudential…);


Preparation and follow-up of the updates of bonds issues programmes of Crédit Agricole S.A. (preparation and follow up of due diligences and documentation, etc)


Review of legal documentations linked to the issues of bonds and institutional loans


Research regarding punctual financial legal questions linked to debts capital markets

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• University graduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent. Or an undergraduate currently during a course of study, predicted a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent
• Master 2 (French Law)
