Summary
Supporting the Head of UK Coverage activities in preparing and co-ordinating the commercial strategy, annual budgets and semi-annual client performance reviews of UK PCO Clients in close coordination with UK Senior Bankers.
The role will be based in London.
Key Responsibilities
The Candidate will be part of the UK Coverage team
· Assist in collating the annual client budgets of UK PCO clients and interacting closely with Senior Bankers
· Assist in organising quarterly alignment meetings between UK sectors and the relevant Business Lines, to identify and align on client priorities, ensure the development of client action plans, initiatives and new products to meet the clients’ needs
· Support the Head of UK Coverage in working closely with UK Senior Bankers in organising and preparing the full year and mid-year UK PCO client sector reviews, highlighting UK Coverage achievements and risks and challenges
· Assist in maintenance of relevant Client Live inputs (meetings, client contacts) and outputs (NBI, PI, RWA, EVA, Liquidity)
Competencies
· Good understanding of financial engineering principles, including mastery of spreadsheet-based financial analysis
· Good command of Power Point presentations
· Basic knowledge of risk analysis methodology in the context of complex structured transactions
· Good interpersonal skills, team-player and pro-active
· Ability to work independently
· Financial education background: Bachelor or Master Degree
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
· Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
· Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
Essential: BA or BSc or international equivalent
Desirable: Academic background in Finance
Some knowledge in financial analysis.
