Job summary


In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a motivated and skilled Team Head to join our Human Resources IT team.

Mission: On a portfolio of applications and transversal projects, you will drive the delivery team to ensure high level of quality in designs, development, documentation and support. You will guaranty the alignment between business needs and products delivered (in-house solutions).

Main responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the role:

·         Manage the Human Resources IT team, promote cohesion and teamwork and develop expertise

·         Manage a portfolio of business applications (development projects, maintenance, escalation point for support)

·         Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

·         Ensure that all activities under your team’s responsibility are performed on schedule within quality standards.

·         Collaborate with other teams (support, production), development managers and counterparts at head office in order to ensure reliability of the deliveries and stability of the run.

·         Ensure the respect of CACIB code of conduct and compliance rules within the team

·         Contribute to initiatives managed at department level (continuous improvement, innovation…)

·         Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in any field

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more


This position requires 10+ years of relevant experiences in the IT industry with at least 3 years in projects and people management, supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment.

Required skills

·         Strong knowledge in software development and testing best practices

·         Hands-on experience in all SDLC phases

·         Experience in IT projects management

·         Exposure to support business applications

·         Functional knowledge on Human Resources activities for a global organization. A good understanding of the HR stakes at local and international levels is required in order to build a partnership with the HR department.

·         Ability to present and promote IT solutions to business users.

·         Experience in coordination between IT business lines and IT teams. Experience in contributors and stakeholders management

·         Proactive and problem solving attitude. Ability to anticipate risks.

·         Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills

·         People management experience especially involving performance management.

Technical skills required

·         Experience in the banking industry and/or in international organizations

·         Familiar with DevOps models, practices and tools

·         Good understanding of BI Technologies especially on tools like Power BI.

·         Experience building web applications using .Net framework & other front end frameworks.
