Job summary

HR COO UK role is responsible for supporting the Head of HR UK and providing leadership to oversee and manage the delivery of HR infrastructure, projects and operational strategy ensuring efficiency of business operations. This will include setting the strategic vision and prioritising programmes and initiatives for HR operations, projects, governance, operational risk management, HR data and systems, payroll & benefits and regulatory compliance.

 

You will also be responsible for defining and managing the HR KPIs and KRIs and oversee the delivery of SLAs and manage the risk related to third party providers and Outsourced Essential Activities (OEAs), ensuring departmental actions related to business continuity, internal controls are completed, and managing any related strategic relationships both internally and externally.

 

Further, you will lead and manage high-level engagement with senior stakeholders and partners in-country and in the head office. You will successfully develop and strategically improve the HR infrastructure offering within the UK and ensure a high standard of delivery is consistently maintained across the board. Design and implement appropriate HR policies and practices to promote CACIB’s culture and vision and oversee the department’s ongoing operations and procedures within HR.

 

Responsibilities also include supporting the Head of HR UK on any other topics that may come up from time to time and be responsible for the operational efficiency of the department within a highly changing and demanding environment.
