Main Duties

 

Employee Engagement & CSR
To ensure efficient, accurate and timely roll out of Employee Engagement & Communication activities including Town Halls, Offsite, Communication forums between Employees & Senior Management, Health & Wellness Initiatives and other planned activities
To create and manage Annual CSR plan, conduct due-diligence on potential CSR partners
To mobilize employees for Employee Engagement and CSR initiatives and to manage the initiatives

 
Recruitment
To ensure timely recruitment of all junior to mid-level positions and for Contractors by effectively liaising with Headhunters, Candidates, Hiring Managers and Local Management
To follow the Bank’s recruitment process by seeking validation from HO on junior to mid-level positions
To maintain continued communication with candidates to ensure joining
To assess efficiency of  different channels of recruitment (Employee Referral, Online Portals, Headhunters etc) and use the most appropriate channel based on position
To provide support to hire Senior Management positions

 
On boarding, Exit and Database Management
Conduct Induction Program for all new joiners.  Coordinate with various departments to introduce new joiner to the Bank’s functioning
Ensure timely creation and deletion of IT and premises access for new joiner and leavers respectively by coordinating with IT & Admin departments
to ensure that HRIS is updated on time for all joiners and exits
 

Training
To conduct the Training Needs identification exercise annually
To work along with department heads for training plan for all staff
To create and fulfill annual training calendar
To identify external consultants for training delivery
 

Benefits
Solely managing employee benefits portfolio of Provident Fund, Superannuation & Gratuity fund for Bank.
Managing the Audit of all Trusts along with any kind of withdrawals or transfers for employees.
Coordinating with Fund Managers and Regulatory bodies for smooth functioning of the Benefits offerings
Effectively administering the Medical Benefits plan for all employees
 

Reporting and Administrative Tasks
Ensuring accurate and timely report submissions to Regional & Global Offices and internal stakeholders such as Risk, Compliance, Administration and Finance Departments
Close coordination with the HR Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate Payroll and Reimbursement processing
 

Other Responsibilities
To provide support to Head HR in other HR priorities such as Annual Budgeting, Expat Management, Global compensation reviews.
To advice employees on queries, grievances and policy matters
To develop and maintain healthy working relationship with Employees, Department Heads, Local management and Regional and Head Office HR teams.

Academic qualification / Speciality

Required skills

This position is responsible for providing support all HR activities relating to Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit, Employee Engagement, CSR, Training, Employee Database Management, and Employee Insurance. Smooth implementation of HR policies.

Technical skills required

MS Office & familiar with HRIS
