Management position



Manage and develop GIB activities in China.

-Develop and reinforce GIB activities in China.

-Ensure the management of the WFOE team

-Work with local Human Resources team to build and retain staff, organize cross-training needs.

-Increase revenue with the objective of achieving satisfactory profitability for the GIB business line.

Applicant criteria

Minimal education level

3 years of higher education (L3)

Academic qualification / Speciality


Level of minimal experience

11 years and more


Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment Banking with a leading regional/international institution

Access to the decision maker s of Chinese entities

Proven track record in sourcing and executing M&A deals with Chinese clients with SOEs.

ECM experience in particular in equity/equity-linked issues in the US and Hong Kong.

Deal experience in Power & Utilities, Infrastructure, Consumer, Food/Agribusiness, Chemicals, Automobile, and TMT



Expected skills

Ability to deal with multi tasks and work within a dynamic and evolving environment

Excellent influencing and communication skills-both written and verbal.

Experience in dynamic sales environment with strong business development/sales skills

Strong interpersonal. presentation and influencing skills




Excellent writtem and spoken English, Native Chinese
