Job summary
Head of BCP for India: Responsible of the BCP setup in India: In charge of elaborating the BCP solutions, under the supervision of the COO. Such solutions needs to meet all internal and external requirements,In charge of coordination with IT for implementation of those solutions (feasibility, infrastructure setup etc.).In charge of all documentations (BCP manual, BCP reports, BCP committee etc.).In charge of the coordination of the tests of all solutions (CMT test, call tree test, DR test, remote access, cross-BCP etc.) with the different stakeholders (users, IT, Admin, India and other countries managements as applicable…)Acting as local correspondent and coordinator to facilitate the testing of the solutions of our suppliers (both external and internal to the group) when and where applicable.Conducting bi-annual full week BCP tests to ensure strong BCP preparedness.Do EASI assessments for BCP.
Local India CLSi (Local Information Security Coordinator: Referring to the ISSP 1.6.2.11, the CLSi role in the network is as follows: Disseminate and transpose the Bank Information System Security Policies (ISSP) into the Indian domain while keeping abreast of change of regulation on the IS front, escalating such changes to HO when applicable.Promote Information System Security among India managers and staffs (awareness raising actions).Assess and control the Information Security implications of local changes to processes or systems, ensuring group policies are respected by coordinating with the stakeholders for those changes.Participate and contribute to the global control plan implementation.Escalate information or security incidents in India to the management (both local and ISS HO team).Coordinate the local execution of the yearly Security Self-Assessment campaign (EASI campaign); participate in the analysis of the results and the formulation and implementations of solutions.
Local CISO (Local Chief Information Security Officer):In accordance with the RBI Circular on May 23rd 2017 on the role of CISO, the head of organization will assume the responsibility of the local CISO.In CACIB, Information Security is managed centrally in the Head office by Information Systems Security team (ISS). CACIB has a global CISO who is the head of the ISS team, and the role is central to all the entities of CACIB including India. The ISS team drives all the policy making, governance set up, budgeting, project prioritization and implementation for all entities of CACIB including India. The local CISO is responsible for co-ordination with ISS team/global CISO on regulatory compliance requests like information, data requests and prioritization of all regulatory requirements (projects/tools deployment etc.)The local CISO will be responsible to implement the local governance and processes as directed in the annex to RBI circular on May 23rd 2017 on the role of CISO
Project management: The Head of Organization is responsible,on ad hoc basis, for the management of projects

Required skill and experience: Excellent knowledge of the CACIB organization and the various reporting lines, especially on the support function side. Knowledge of a CACIB network entity organization would be a plus. Good knowledge of the various systems of CACIB (especially ISIS), the Information system global architecture and capacities, as well as its various actors (support, development teams etc.). Such knowledge is especially important for systems used within the COO perimeter (Finance, Operation, IT, expense etc.)Some project management experience, if possible involving several countries or entities actors. Corollary to that, change management experience would be appreciated.Some Information Security experience would be a plus, especially since the remaining person in the team is not well versed on the subject.Some BCP experience would be a plus but the remaining person in the team has gone through a complete BCP test process and has therefore good knowledge of the local setup already. A management experience would be a plus.
