Job summary

Summary of the position:

-Part of the OPC-GRM KYC team, in coordination with Coverage, Support to Front Office teams and Financial Security, the Head of Domain of the KYC Client Onboarding / /KYC review is in charge to animate KYC analysts and KYC checkers resources to ensure pro-efficiently the productivity and quality of the KYC processing.



Main responsibilities:

Provide domain leadership

Focus the team on the tasks at hand or the internal customer requirements
·         Coordinate with internal customers (GCO-CLD, front office, support to front office teams, CACIB entities) as necessary
·         Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel

Coordinate domain logistics
·         Ensure deliverables are prepared in line with the requirements
·         Help keep the team focused and on track
·         Work with GRM team Leaders and Head of Departments to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
·         Manage and coordinate with Head of GRM the budget and forecast of GRM Singapore
·         Establish meeting times, places and agendas

Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction
·         Analyze status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
·         Keep the Head of department informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
·         Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams
·         Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within the team
·         Provide guidance to the team based on management direction

Production, Data Quality & Process Improvement
·         Ensure a high level of productivity, and Data Quality
·         Lead and implement process improvement as part of BAU within GRM teams and/or in relation to our stakeholders
·         Assess operational impacts linked to changes of KYC Policies, implement changes
·         Manage Projects and Change Management

Knowledge Management

·         Ensure that the team members are equipped and trained effectively to participate in the team

·         Maintain a high level of expertise in the teams through regular, up-to-date and optimized trainings, including mandatory ones.

 

Controls & Audits

·         Adapt and supervise operational controls under GRM Singapore responsibility

·         Contribute to ISAP / Branch transverse controls

·         Be the contact of ORM-OPC Head Office and the Operational Risk Representative for GRM Singapore

·         Contribute to the local and head office Internal Control setup (ICC, PCC…)

·         Contribute to Internal/ External Audits.

Degree and above in relevant discipline

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

 

·         Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

·         Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
 

Secondary duties:

 

·         Will be in charge of transversal project related to GRM in relationship with GRM Paris and/or GRM NY and/or Business Lines and/or Financial Security



Profiles expected:

 

·         Expert level:

·         Team management with strong constraint of timeline

·         Ability to speak, write and translate French to English and vice-versa as the incumbent will act as a liaison officer between Asia and Headquarter in France, and to work closely with the various stakeholders

·         Very good level:

·         Knowledge of the Credit Agricole-CIB International Network.

·         Customer oriented, communicating and influencing
