1. The Relationship Manager works under the guidance of Senior Banker on the coverage of portfolio of corporate clients.
2. Assist Senior Bankers in day-to-day activities associated with client relationship and administrative works, within the specific parameters defined by the procedure manual and strategy of the branch.
3. Conducts relationship management independently for some selected corporate accounts.
1. Working under the guidance of Senior Bankers on the coverage of a portfolio of Corporate clients
· Active involvement in due diligence for relevant product executions
· Contribute to the preparation and update of credit applications by overseeing the entire administrative and technical aspect of preparing the documents
· Close liaison with relevant internal departments/business lines
2. Developing, or assisting Senior Bankers in developing new and existing Corporate client relationships globally and strengthen the bank’s position against competitors
· Identifying and analyzing business opportunities to maximize profitability
· Conducting annual budget exercise and optimizing resources
· Manage relationship with clients
3. Portfolio management of the bank’s exposure including risk monitoring and execution of the follow-up procedures during the life of the exposure
4. Reporting to Senior Bankers about major events and update various reports and tables relevant to coverage activities, and closely manage internal/external guideline, regulation, and compliance
5. Logistics management for various client marketing and sales activities
At least 10 years of Relationship Manager experience within the industry is required.
