Work closely with chief analyst of FSP-AP Team, ensure annual reviews, credit requests and legal documentation issues are promptly dealt with, including actively liaise with Regional and Head Office to make sure credit decisions are received on time for Front Office to meet their business initiatives.

Safeguard the quality of the FI portfolio to minimize credit losses with ongoing monitoring of market developments and anticipation of potential risks.

Remain alert to evolution of CACIB risk appetite framework as defined from time to time, and maintain ongoing contact with Front Office to anticipate and effectively manage potential business initiatives and contribute to the local onboarding of new clients.

FACT ratings should be updated punctually (including FACT rating simulations for CACIB China Corporate Team as required).

Effective communication with all relevant RPC units (within and across geographical locations) in order to ensure that RPC communication outside the department is consistent.

Participate in FI related new product risk assessment and approval process.

Prepare and provide market and regulatory updates on ad hoc basis, and other tasks as assigned by CRO China or RPC Regional Office from time to time.

Applicant criteria

Minimal education level

3 years of higher education (L3)

Academic qualification / Speciality

University graduate with major in finance, economics, accounting or business administration.


Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


Minimum 5 years working experience for foreign banks undertaking FI counterparty credit analysis.

Expected skills

Knowledge of banking products, transactional banking and capital market legal documentation.
Be an active team player and is also able to work independently.


Excellent command of written / spoken Chinese and English
