Key Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the Deal Flow Analysis within the Asset Rotation Optimization Team. You will work closely with the Syndication team, the Business Lines and Coverage to achieve the asset rotation targets. You will be responsible for making distribution recommendations on the final allocation and distribution solutions to be used.
Main Duties
- Improve the identification of assets available for distribution
- Securing the distribution flow across all channels to maintain the relationship with investors in each channel
- Developing new distribution channels with GMD in the context of corporate banking asset distribution opportunities involving GMD Sales
- Defining governance between the various distribution channels
- Align origination and distribution strategies to optimize asset rotation
- Define the criteria for recommending the best channels for each asset and for achieving the best possible result for the bank. The "result" is assessed by taking several factors into account:
- Quantitative: fees, relative cost (ie CoR), RWA release, Limit relief, total capacity/liquidity found, execution speed.
- Qualitative: ensuring the breakeven of each channel (minimum level of activity required to maintain an adequate investor relationship) and integrating the time/opportunity cost factor.
- Review and improve the Optimus Prime procedure for the relationship facilities
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
- Comply with all the local legal, regulatory and Compliance requirements as well as with the ones applicable within CA Group. Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory trainings as required to attain and maintain competence.
- Undertake all necessary steps to satisfy the annual certification process if any.
- Comply with all applicable conduct rules as prescribed by the relevant regulator.
Competencies Require:
- Solid background of corporate and investment bank environment
- Seasoned risk management skills
- Strong negotiations skills with internal and external high level counterparts
- Fluent English
