Job summary

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek an MIS officer to provide global support on DIANA application meant to capture application and effort of all staff in GIT.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Time track application
  • Update Organization unit and structure
  • Create, Update Manage the user’s profiles
  • Modification on project code and task activities
  • Resolve email enquiries and issues
  • Reconciliation of Man-days across Crapull and HR files

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Academic qualification / Speciality

“A” Level or equivalent educational qualification

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

6 months corporate experience is preferable
Proficient in MS Office; Good knowledge of excel is a plus
