Job summary

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek an MIS officer to provide global support on DIANA application meant to capture application and effort of all staff in GIT.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Time track application
  • Update Organization unit and structure
  • Create, Update Manage the user’s profiles
  • Modification on project code and task activities
  • Resolve email enquiries and issues
  • Reconciliation of Man-days across Crapull and HR files

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB

Academic qualification / Speciality

“A” Level or equivalent educational qualification

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


6 months corporate experience is preferable
Proficient in MS Office; Good knowledge of excel is a plus

Ability to work with very limited supervision, to make decisions and work on own initiative.
Effective communication skills, in order to deal tactfully and sensitively with people at all levels.
