Job summary
Main duties:
- Organize and coordinate locally with the appropriate departments the various tasks necessary:
• Recruitment
• Training of staff
• IT matters (system access, segregation of data)
• HR matters (Shift setup)
- Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new loan processing products or CACIB entities:
• Coordination with each country project managers and COO/CFO.
• Provide the necessary information, answer questions
• Work on the Gelop RACI
• Organize the production follow-up once live
• Within the project timeframe.
- Manage the GELOP production:
• Manage the 3 teams (Europe/Asia/US).
• Ensure production security, quality & efficiency.
• Manage the client/provider relationship with the serviced entities.
- Assist the Management in any matter related to the GELOP project or other projects whenever relevant.
