Overview of DCM Solutions & Advisory
- DCM Solutions & Advisory is in charge of advising issuers globally on capital and Liability Management, along with the DCM Bankers
- The team is in charge of structuring, pitching and preparing the issuance of capital and subordinated instruments and Liability Management Exercises. For Liability Management, the team is as well in charge of the execution of the transactions
- DCM Solutions & Advisory is client facing and works with CACIB’s global client base (financial institutions, SSA and corporates) and participates in developing CACIB DCM’s franchise, with a strong alignment with DCM Bankers and Coverage in particular
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the DCM Solutions & Advisory senior team members in creating, pitching and executing innovative value-added solutions for Corporates and Financial institutions involving capital/ hybrid securities and liability management strategies
- Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Liability Management models and the Liability Management and Corporate Hybrid databases
- Co-operates with other business line as needed (ratings advisory, DCM Legal, sales, ECM…)
Communication
- The role involves extensive communication with internal (DCM, Coverage, Syndicate, Legal & Compliance teams) as well as external contacts (CACIB clients, law firms, rating agencies)
Degree preferably in Business, Economics or Accounting
