Mission del ruolo
The Intern will join the Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) desk, as support to the team in Milan, dealing with an international, challenging and rapidly changing environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relational skills, capabilities to work with time management and to respect strict deadlines.
This experience will provide the intern with a unique opportunity to improve her/his knowledge of the Italian Loan Market, with a focus on the large and mid-cap corporates and also structured finance projects.
She / He will be involved in:
- Preparation of internal presentations and pitches
- Preparation of internal papers to present financing transactions in credit committees
- Liaising with other teams of the bank in relation to transactions to be syndicated
- Preparation of post-transaction memorandum
- Market, benchmark and comparable analysis through Dealogic, Loanconnector and internal tools
- Analysis of main players within the Italian loan market (data analysis and PowerPoint presentations) for internal and clients/investors meetings purposes

Livello minimo richiesto d'istruzione
Laurea magistrale/specialistica (5 anni)
Formazione richiesta
• Strong academic track record, preferably with a focus on subjects inherent Financial Markets/Intermediaries, Financial Products/Securities, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in writing and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a similar position will be a plus
