Summary
Position based in New York, within the Risk Division, to assist the Head of the recently created CUSO Enterprise Wide Risk Management Team. The primary mission of the team is to reinforce the local implementation of Credit Agricole SA Group risk monitoring standards while ensuring U.S. specificities and requirements are properly taken into account. The team will be more specifically in charge of:
- Assisting the CUSO Chief Risk Officer to overview the risks of the Combined US Operations.
- Preparing the presentations (in coordination with the relevant departments) for the Credit Agricole U.S. Risk Committee, a committee of the Credit Agricole Board

Responsibilities
Following the implementation of the Enhanced Prudential Standards, a FED regulation, a comprehensive risk framework has been developed to have a transverse and holistic view and monitoring of the risks of all activities of Credit Agricole in the United States (U.S.). Credit Agricole activities in the U.S. consist of Credit Agricole CIB New York (CACIB NY), and Amundi.
As member of CUSO EWRM:
- Review existing risk reporting packages to understand current state in detail and define standardized templates and content across each reporting package.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of a regulatory communication strategy for CUSO CRO organization and reporting to senior management
- Prepare reporting to demonstrate compliance with various regulations
- Prepare management information reports summarizing regulatory risk topics and CUSO interactions with regulators
- Advise of operational requirements imposed by existing and proposed rules and regulations
- Implement sound risk culture that rewards and penalize accordingly
- Facilitate sharing of risk management best practice across the organization
- Ensure that cultural issues with respect to risk management are effectively managed
- Mobilize the appropriate internal stakeholders to respond to queries from regulators, coordinate and prepare the response

The Risk Division in New York is consistently strengthening its risk framework to provide the most refined monitoring and meet the expectations of the regulators. The team member will –
- Assist on this project, by ensuring the implementation of solid methodologies, clearly documented. This project, in addition to be critical issues put forward by the FED, will provide a unique transverse view on the risks of the Credit Agricole activities in the U.S.
- Follow up on upcoming new regulatory requirements and their impact for Risk division
