Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Planning
·Take on sales responsibilities within the Cross-Asset Solutions Sales part of the Americas Distribution desk with a focus on the US based clients
·Plan and organise client visits and meetings in line with internal procedures
·Identify, target and solicit new accounts/customers where appropriate; initiate and drive internal procedures necessary to on-boarding new clients (account opening, DA, ISDA)
·Drive the account management of US clients in coordination with the head of desk, coverage, structuring and trading; develop knowledge of client needs and co-ordinate the Bank’s efforts to service customer organisations
·Set directions; participate to the elaboration of the desk business plan
·Ensure all usual sales and business KPIs are monitored; work with structuring and trading to ensure an improvement of the desk KPIs in line with the objectives of the desk and the department
·Work with structuring and trading teams to develop new products & innovations
2. Reporting
·Report to the Head of Cross Asset Solutions Distribution Sales, Americas, regularly on the progress of the business and specific issues
·Actively participate in sales meetings with the structuring & trading teams to review market strategy, exchange ideas and receive updates on any important matters
3. Control
·Ensure clients are suitably classified under appropriate regulations and are dealt with appropriately
·Ensure clients are cleared by credit, legal, compliance and back office before trading
·Ensure the trade monitoring of counterparty risk and life cycling
·Ensure all relevant regulation and internal controls are observed
4. Risk
· Monitor and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from pending or concluded transactions

2. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
·Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements. Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.
·Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
·Refrain from taking any steps which could lead to the removal of certification of fitness and properness to perform the role.
·Undertake all necessary steps to satisfy the annual certification process.
·Comply with all applicable conduct rules as prescribed by relevant regulator
Degree in Mathematics and/or Management and/or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in Equity Solution / Structured products sales in European markets.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
· Required licenses and professional certifications.
· Technical knowledge of complex structures products and exotic payoffs.
· At least 3 years of experience in structured products sales in US market.
