Credit Monitoring & Reporting (RPC-CMR): Mainly responsible for monitoring the credit risk exposures on commercial facilities and FX capital markets trades booked in the UK. Additionally, the department handles tasks connected with the credit risk process, such as producing credit alert reports for the UK Risk Committee, monitoring the credit limits in FX Electronic platforms or ensuring that Basel Ill data is correctly recorded and sent to central risk systems for RWA calculations. Counterparty risk also coordinates transversal processes like SAD committee, London Credit Committee, or UK Risk Committee.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake credit related duties for RPC-CMR London on commercial files.
• Ensure that all documentations are properly recorded into risk and BO / FO systems.
• Ensure that the certification process (documentation aligned with Credit Risk decisions) is accurately performed.
• Be responsible for the preparation of the weekly London Credit Committee pack, SAD committee and UK Risk committee (Prepare the agenda including Credit Applications, Risk decisions and ad-hoc reports, maintain a list of all files and waivers which have been presented at the LCC)
• Monitor / Report unrated clients in Risk systems, overdue payments and over-utilization.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly / monthly statistics using data visualisation tools.
• Manage some key projects (review of KRis, BAHLI project, Loanscape, COSMOS...)
• Assist the Head of RPC CMR London on various ad-hoc projects and requests from regulators / management
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
