Missions
You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Sweden as Corporate Leveraged Finance Analyst which involve to support the Transactor/Account Officer in the origination/execution of new transactions and portfolio files.
Your concrete missions will be the following:
1. Execution of new transactions
• Assist the deal team in the origination and execution of new deal opportunities incl. analysis of information memorandums, management presentations and due diligence reports
• Preparation of internal credit applications to be presented in credit committees
• Cash-flow based financial modelling (incl. sensitivity scenarios)
• Support in Compliance and KYC related matters
2. Monitoring of existing portfolio files
• Periodic analysis of company reports and financial statements incl. preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reviews
• Presentation to / discussion with internal decision makers
3. Marketing Activities
• Writing deal-related pitchbooks for key private equity clients
• Preparation of general marketing pitches based on research from various (internal and external) sources
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen (except Swedish)

You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University or a Business School with a specialization in Finance or Economics.
Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans
Expérience
A first experience in Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Equity or Investment Banking is necessary.
Compétences recherchées
Hard Skills:
- Basic knowledge of capital market products (e.g. DCM, High Yield, hedging instruments) and syndications ;
- Some knowledge of of private equity investments, corporate finance and credit analysis ;
- Strong knowledges of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) ;
- Financial modeling competencies ;
- Fluent English and French.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attitude towards detailed analytical work ;
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organization ;
- Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities ;
- Team player ;
- Eagerness to learn and motivation.
