Mission statement


The CACIB Compliance Americas function leads the Compliance function within the region. It is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and integrated Compliance function through effective management of the Compliance teams and the establishment of strong compliance standards within the region. 

CACIB Compliance Americas is seeking an individual to join this department and be responsible for management reporting within Compliance operations. This role includes designing reporting processes and dashboards for CACIB Americas various teams. Implement and document reporting processes, automate reporting, develop data analytics, as well as compiling and producing various management reports.

The role requires to understand of US bank regulations and institutional foreign banking organizations operating within the US.  The individual should also have strong data analytics skills, organizational and communication skills. 

The successful candidate should be able to effectively collaborate within a team setting and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.  This role will require coordination and proactive outreach to various groups and divisions within CACIB to collect and communicate information concerning business activities and the potential risks to the bank.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

BA; Advanced Degree a plus

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


At least 5-10 years of professional experience in a banking sector, producing reporting to Management Committees (produce dashboards and associated analytics). Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus. 

Experience in an international financial organization is a plus.

Required skills

Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex situations.

Work experience in strategic programs and projects within complex environments in particular for producing management information reporting for both analytics and analysis.


-          Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

-          Capable of leading multiple, simultaneous and various ad-hoc requests

-          Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment

-          Ability to design reporting, document reporting processes

-          Ability to plan in advance and coordinate with various stakeholders (in New York and Head Office)

-          Ability to use data visualization tools (PowerBI)

-          Proficiency in excel and powerpoint

-          Usage of data analytics tool is a plus (Alteryx or similar tools) is a plus

-          Data analytics: ability to transform data is a plus

-          Result oriented: provide management information system on a timely manner, escalate issues

-          Follow-up on actions decided at the committees

-          Communication Skills: excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization

-          Strong interpersonal effectiveness

-          Technical rigor and attention to detail coupled with good presentation skills that demonstrate the practical implications of issues
