Job summary

Summary:

 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of CACIB US CPL, the Compliance Officer is in charge of designing and implementing CACIB US Compliance Governance, Framework and Manage strategic projects.

Assist the Compliance Risk Assessment Officer in maintaining inventory of Laws, Rules, regulation, Inventory of policies and procedures.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

General

 

·         Secretary of the Committees managed by CACIB US Compliance

a.     Compliance Management Committee

b.     Complex Transaction Committee

c.     New Activity Product Committee

d.     Other as needed

·         Update and manage the New Activity Product (NAP)

·         Update and manage the Control framework designed by Head Office

·         Assist Compliance Teams in trainings on Compliance related tools

·         Update annually the Compliance Framework document

·         Manage Strategic and regulatory projects

·         Manage follow-up actions related to:

a.     Committees

b.     Issues (Internal audit, regulatory)

c.     NAP

·         Develop with the Compliance reporting officer a monthly operational risk dashboard

 

 

Other

·         Assist the CACIB US COO on the implementation of existing and new initiatives (Model risk governance…)
