Summary
- Monitor the daily processing of remittance operations with caution to prevent loss to the Bank and in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily processing of inward and outward remittance transactions
- Perform checker duties on daily remittance payments
- Perform L1 function on payments and swift messages pending in Fircosoft and take necessary actions
- Handle issues found on remittance operations
- Handle inquiries from internal and external clients
- Review and update department procedure manuals
- Assist department head to formulate and streamline operational procedures and reinforce operational risk control
- Assist department head to enhance the skills of team members to perform multi-tasks on remittance operations
- Handle various drill tests including HKICL and DPS
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Provide support function on new projects and ITB initiatives and handle UAT on new product launch and annual ISIS Release
- Perform Validator duties on daily and monthly ISIS controls
- Support account opening documentation when necessary
- Perform other functions or ad-hoc projects as required and directed by Department Head

- University graduate preferred
- 7 years’ working experience in commercial banking operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred but not must.
