Summary
Within Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Banking (CA-CIB), you will join the Organization department in Hong Kong branch. The team is assisting APAC COO for supporting transversal projects and optimizing the workflows and working environment. Organisation has a very wide scope of tasks: strategic and innovation projects, business and IT projects, business continuity, IT security, workflow solutions to end-users, etc. The team aims at providing a reliable support on numerous projects to all the departments and end-users of the Bank.
Organisation Department directly reports to the APAC & Hong Kong Chief Operating Officer.
In the energizing and dynamic atmosphere of Corporate and Investment Banking in Hong Kong, you will work together with the Head of Organization in the daily duties. This mission covers across Asia.
You will need to get familiar with tools, systems and processes we are using internally.
Key Responsibilities
Transversal Projects
- Lead the local or regional project: project governance, business analysis, solutions, documentation, communication with stakeholders
- Global project: coordinate with the regional stakeholders to implement the solution for APAC, closely working with HO project team to implement the solution in the region or in the branch
- Wide scope of projects: cross department projects, strategic projects, business and innovation projects, regulatory projects, etc.
Data Governance
- Set up the data governance of the branch
- End-to-end data process mapping
- Propose and document the data owner, usage and reliable source
- Data quality control plans for various regulatory reporting
Solutions to Internal Clients
- Act as internal consulting to provide users solutions for workflow, system, global contacts, etc.
- Bring innovative ideas to optimize the bank workflows and reduce the bank risk
- Ad hoc tasks and user support (user identity management, access right application support)
