Job summary

**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Team: Documentary & Guarantee Operations

 

Summary

  • Handles bills transactions according to the Bank’s policies and instructions
  • Supervises a team of processors / checkers
  • Acts as back-up for other functions

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assists in supervising and directing day-to-day trade finance activities.
  • Executes bills processing and makes decisions on less complex matters relating to bills and discrepancies.
  • Approves bills processing.
  • Assists management in the implementation of policies and procedures and provides feedback on resource requirements and allocation.
  • Acts as contact point for internal and external clients.
  • Assists frontline staff on their marketing effort.
  • Performs other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors.
