Summary
Assists in managing a portfolio of clients across Asia and in the due diligence, document processing and financial analysis for transactions
Key Responsibilities
- Researches on market trends, as well as economic, political and industry conditions.
- Collects and analyses market information based on market research.
- Processes documents in relation for a given transaction.
- Prepare financial and statistical analysis as directed by the seniors
- Prepare term sheets for clients as directed by the seniors.
- Support the seniors in discussion and negotiation with clients.
- Support the seniors in operational, compliance and risk monitoring matters.
