Job summary
**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Team: Middle Office - Post Trade
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily processing of capital markets transactions including FX, MM, Rates, Offshore deposit covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo in HK processing hub to ensure the daily operational activities of capital markets products are performed smoothly and efficiently.
- Deal checking against trade supporting and liaise with FO, broker and external counterparty for any trade discrepancy.
- Ensure deal booking is in compliance with local regulations and the internal policy.
- Recommend on enhancements to ensure the effectiveness in transaction processing
- Provide management with information on unusual booking and settlement matters.
- Handle new products and update/establish the procedures.
- Engages in direct customer contact to ensure quality and timely services in transactions processing and inquiries are provided.
- Handle daily reporting for internal control.
- Assist to carry out common projects / global initiatives
- Assist in system enhancement and responsible for UAT testing
- Perform investigation in trade details/confirmation/settlement discrepancies and related outstanding issues
- Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by management from time to time
