Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate, structure and execute US and cross border (such as US to Europe/ Asia / Australia / Latam), Corporate and Sponsor, acquisition finance transactions.
  • Identify financing solutions for clients across debt capital markets with emphasis on bank financing / leverage finance.
  • Direct the production of offers, pitches and term sheets with Relationship Manager.
  • Marketing responsibility for marketing strategy, pitches to clients and development and expansion of business.
  • Prepare capital structure assessments which include transitional assessments, ratings assessment and optimal capital structure
  • Oversee the production of financial models, credit requests and financial analysis.
  • Negotiation and execution of term sheets, commitment documents and credit documents in liaison with legal counsel.
  • Oversee the preparation of pitch books and market updates for clients.
  • Monitor the loan portfolio, including credit quality / financing performance and potential transaction opportunities
  • Expand client base by working with bankers on marketing and expansion of new clients and development of client relationships
  • Drive multi-product pitches and execution and in product agnostic way.  Manage product teams.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • BA/BS degree or masters degree
  • Accounting, finance, economics coursework

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in banking preferably including acquisition finance and leveraged finance
  •  Experience in leading and execution of transaction including banking and capital markets
