Job summary

**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.


Department: Global Coverage




Provide secretarial support to the Department Head and administrative support to the CA Group Liaison Desk in Hong Kong .


Key Responsibilities


• Performs secretarial duties that include preparation of correspondence and presentation materials, organization and co-ordination of meetings and facilities including travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as filing and retrieval of documents.
• Provides administrative support for the department including co-ordination of departmental projects, activities and resources, as well as collection and dissemination of information within or on behalf of the department. This includes i.a. Ricos code search, input and retrieving of data in Adele database, preparation of account opening documents for clients.
• Conduct terrorist, Factiva and Google checking for all new accounts and accounts annual review for the team and Compliance Department.
• Routine services to clients, e.g. bank statements, incoming funds, etc…
