Job summary
** This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.
Summary
The candidate will assist to cover Asia PB, Retail Banks and EAM clients, based in Hong Kong.
The candidate needs to have good knowledge of flow and non-flow structured products suitable for distribution business as well as good theoretical background on derivatives and overall understanding on cross-assets markets.
The candidate should be entrepreneurial and able to work independently to participate in developing a new business. Candidate should also be disciplined with attention to details, good communicator and have a team-oriented mind set to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales coverage in Hong Kong, and potentially in Singapore and SEA, consisting in selling and executing trades:
- X-Asset flow and non-flow products for distribution business:
- Private Banks
- EAMs
- FOs / MFOs
- Correspond with clients
- to offer products
- to receive price requests
- to execute trades
- to prepare and exchange relevant documents for proper and fit business
- Contribute to market investigation/analysis about above mentioned markets to help future expansion plan
- Prepare Marketing materiel for internal purpose and for client product pitch.
- Prepare ad hoc reports to improve desk efficiency and help steering commercial strategy
- Participate when required to the development of the platform and liaise with relevant stakeholders (IT, Business Analysts…)
