Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee to support the COO. This role offers hands-on exposure to operational management, strategic projects, and internal communication within a global banking environment.

 

Key responsibilities

 

1. Secretary support

- Provide administrative support to the COO : manage expenses, travel reservations (not limited to COO)

- Interact with travel agency and other services providers

- Act as COO assistant and SCO assistant back-up

 

2. Project & Business support

- Assist COO in executing local and global projects

- Conduct studies for the Management of the Bank (expenses follow-up, travel carbon footprint monitoring)

- Assist in defining and designing KPI’s to support the Bank Management

 

3. Communication

- Assist on coordinating internal communication within the Bank

- Interact with regional Communication teams to ensure Korea’s updates are properly shared

- Propose ideas to strengthen the communication within the Bank and towards external parties

- Participate to event organization for townhalls, conferences

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are available to start work from March
  • Candidates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Required skills

  • Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
  • Experience in administrative team within the Banking preferred (not necessary)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Knowledge in database software
  • Proactive attitude
