The Canada Branch has offices in Montreal and Toronto providing financial services to Canadian Financial Institutions, Banks, Pension Funds & SSA and to large Canadian headquartered international corporations.
Crédit Agricole Services & Operations is hosting a part of all Crédit Agricole CIB’s support functions, from KYC, Back Offices, Risk, IT, Legal or Finance supporting our growing operations in the Americas and complementing our European and Asian operations platforms in a “follow the sun” approach.

MAIN ROLE
- Ensure the Canadian service company financial accounting and financial management reporting
- Ensuring that the service company complies with the Group’s policies and Canadian tax regulation
- Ensure proper invoicing of the services agreements
- Lead the annual financial audit with the auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
MAIN ROLE - RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
- Monitor Management results vs the budget
- Prepare and produce all Canadian financial reporting and ensure proper quality assurance
of general ledger
- Prepare and manage income and VAT tax forms including examination and oversight of
any tax analysis for corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing agreement
- Participate to the preparation of the annual budget
- Maintain proper documentation and description of processes under his responsibility

Academic qualification / Speciality
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)
Level of minimal experience

Experience
- Certified Professional Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of appropriate experience
Required skills
- Flexible and a self-starter, able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented
- Organization skills as well as communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Canadian corporate tax, VAT tax and Québec International financial tax
credit (an advantage)
- Knowledge of Canadian IFRS GAAP for public company
- Strong computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French required (You will need to service Anglophone clients and work with Anglophone colleagues)
