**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

 

Department: Global Coverage

 

Summary

  • Provide secretarial support, to the Head of the CA Group International Desk Asia-Pacific in Hong Kong (60%),
  • Provide administrative support to the Heads of Financial Institutions Group and Debt Restructuring and Advisory Services (40%)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Performs secretarial duties that include preparation of correspondence and presentation materials, organization and co-ordination of meetings and facilities including travel and accommodation arrangements, expenses reimbursements as well as filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Input and retrieving of data in our CRM database (Adele).
  • Updating of client contact lists
  • Ad hoc administrative requests
