Job summary

Position
The Head of Transformation is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across ISAP. Reporting directly to the Head of ISAP, this role ensures that technology, operational, organisational, and innovation initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy, delivered consistently, and generate measurable business value.
The role covers all transversal transformation activities across ISAP, including technology, AI, operational excellence, governance, standardisation, innovation, and organisational transformation. It works closely with global teams, regional management, and business stakeholders to ensure ISAP remains aligned with the bank strategy while delivering measurable value to the region.



Key responsibilities
Transformation Strategy
·       Support the definition and execution of the ISAP transformation roadmap.
·       Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation initiatives.
·       Identify opportunities to simplify, modernise and optimise ISAP operations.
·       Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Technology & Innovation
·       Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital solutions.
·       Identify innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality and user experience.
·       Coordinate technology pilots and industrialisation of successful initiatives.
·       Maintain visibility on market trends and recommend relevant innovations.
AI Transformation
·       Coordinate the deployment of AI initiatives across ISAP.
·       Promote AI adoption through governance, communication and change management.
·       Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
·       Facilitate collaboration with internal and external AI stakeholders.
Regional Coordination
·       Act as the main transformation coordination point between ISAP and regional entities.
·       Ensure regional teams participate in global transformation programmes.
·       Promote knowledge sharing and reuse of successful initiatives across countries.
·       Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, Application and Business teams.
Standardisation & Optimisation
·       Identify opportunities for process harmonisation and standardisation.
·       Promote common practices, governance and operating models.
·       Eliminate duplication of initiatives across departments.
·       Encourage reuse of existing solutions before developing new ones.
Portfolio Management
·       Maintain visibility of all strategic transformation initiatives.
·       Prioritise initiatives based on business value, risk and available resources.
·       Monitor progress, dependencies and benefits.
·       Provide executive reporting and dashboards to senior management.

Supplementary Information

·       Drive organisational change associated with transformation initiatives.

·       Develop communication and engagement plans.

Stakeholder Management

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor and above in relevant discipline

Experience

Technical
·       Strong understanding of IT  : Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology.
·       Good understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
·       Demonstrated experience in AI, digital or operational transformation initiatives.
·       Good understanding of data governance, AI governance and responsible AI principles.
·       Experience in portfolio and programme management.
·       Understanding of IT governance and operating models.
·       Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
·       Strong experience presenting to senior executives, management committees and steering committees.
·       Experience managing complex portfolios involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and budgets.
·       Strong understanding of organisational transformation, target operating models and process optimisation.
·       Experience defining transformation roadmaps, business cases and value realisation frameworks.
·       Experience establishing KPIs, performance dashboards and executive reporting for transformation programmes.
·       Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and process standardisation methodologies.
