Job summary
Ø Manages the ITB teams, including TF, EF, TB, GCF and MO team.
Ø Responsible for proposing and executing all decisions related to the Business Line (including strategic decisions, organization, investments and hiring).
Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment with ITB various product lines, through close coordination with respective product lines’ global heads.
Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment with ITB’s Business Development Support on cross-functional subjects (including correspondent banking, compliance, financial security, portfolio management, IT, MO and BO)
Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment of ITB with other countries through close coordination with respective ITB Country Heads and SCOs.
Ø Directly contributes to business origination though pitches and client visits.

– All products of ITB: international trade (including trade finance, export finance & commodity finance) and transaction banking (including cash management, working capital solutions & supply chain financing)

- Direct Experience of Trade Finance and Transaction Banking Products
- Commercial oriented. Understanding of banking business and commercial /financial drivers of Bank’s customers.
- Team player and strong manager–interpersonal skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform in demanding environment often under internal and external pressure to deliver on varied works.
- Capacity to represent the Bank in all circumstances
- Chinese native speaker is a must
