Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (“Credit Agricole CIB”) Graduate Technology Associate Programme is an exciting career gateway into the financial services sector. We are seeking highly motivated graduates and aspiring tech-innovators to offer an accelerated induction experience and fast-tracked career in the banking industry. 

The Corporate IT (CIT) team is supported by its four main functions to ensure a compliant and secure delivery of its internal banking operations, data analytics reporting as well as the key delivery of innovative applications across Crédit Agricole CIB’s international network.

Tapping on emerging IT solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data & Analytics, we are heavily investing in automated development and testing and collaborative design processes. Using lean methodologies to provide quality business value and route-to-market efficiency, the Crédit Agricole CIB’s CIT team is connected by intertwining cultures of diverse backgrounds, boasting a team of 120 Finance & Tech change-makers – consisting of tech leads, project managers, business analysts, data experts and developers from all walks of life.

Main Responsibilities

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a motivated Java Application Developer to join our Identity and Access Management team.

The team is split between Paris and Singapore and provides security services for the entire bank. Our functional coverage ranges from the bank’s Internet authentication framework to its internal authorization system used by each business lines.

Inside the team, the scope of responsibilities includes:

·         Design, code and test projects using exiting tools

·         Deliver complete software products for integration testing in accordance with standard procedures

·         Analyze, resolve and provide technical support escalated to the team

·         Prepare and maintain technical documentations and software deliverables

The activity provided will have to comply with the Credit Agricole CIB Policy.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


·         0 - 2 years of work experience in developing Java/J2EE web applications.

·         Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking and problem–solving aptitude, intellectual curiosity and interest in finding new ways to do things

·         A global mindset combined with strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
