Job summary


·         Mid-level structurer of Receivables and Supply Chain Finance (RSF) transactions in the Americas

·         Portfolio manager of RSF transactions booked in New-York related to North American and South American counterparts



·         Target clients are corporate clients in the Americas.

·          Receivable & Supply Chain Finance products:

o    Forfaiting & reverse forfaiting transactions  

o    Supply chain finance programs

o    Receivable finance programs




·         Assist business origination in assessing structural matters and providing receivable and supply chain finance structural inputs in business-related internal processes.

·         Assist in the structuring of receivable and supply chain finance facilities and assist in the preparation of internal structuring memos

·         Prepares responses to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) received from clients in close coordination with RSF originators

·         Support RSF originators in business development initiatives

·         Prepares marketing pitches, term sheets and offer letters

·         Coordinates/liaises with various internal stakeholders with respect to new RSF deals, renewal of RSF deals and/or any amendments including RSF Origination, Credit Coordination, Middle Office, Back-Office, Compliance, Distribution and Legal.

·         Acts as an escalation point for internal stakeholders on RSF deals

·         Participates in the negotiation of legal documentation

·         Contributes to the smooth implementation of new transactions, assisting in the remediation of anomalies and proper monitoring of transactions post-closing

·         Assist in the administration and management the RSF portfolio booked in New-York

·         Participates in discussions and negotiations with external business partners, including technology providers, Credit Risk Insurance providers, legal firms, etc. to improve/expand the product offering


·       Contribute to product initiatives related to RSF

Contributes to internal presentations on product and strategy
Responds to audit inquiries and participate in discussions

Candidate criteria

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Upper education 

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years



·      +3/5 year of experience in banking/financial institution, credit and portfolio management

·      Client relationship experience



·      Knowledge of receivable and payable financing is preferable

·      Have strong work ethics

·      Initiatives, dynamism, effectiveness and commercial / technical skills in supporting its activities.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
